Find solutions to common issues with digital instrument clusters and Android screen installations
Quick Error Code Elimination:
The first step must be closed all the doors and fasten the seat belt, and then proceed to the next step.
After installing the new cluster, the displayed fuel level, range, and average fuel consumption are inaccurate. Follow these steps:
Fill the car’s fuel tank to full first. Long-press the bottom-left button on the original instrument cluster and select the “10 Unlock” menu.
Example: Add the last 5 digits of the VIN together (e.g., 5+1+9+0+6=21), enter 21 in the CODE field, then press the button to exit.
Select the “13 Tank” menu and record the values: Tank left (e.g. 36.5 L → round to 37 L), Tank right (e.g. 30 L).
After installing the new digital cluster, set the main tank to the Tank left value and auxiliary tank to Tank right value.

Even after correct settings, there may be minor discrepancies. Drive for 100 km and check if the data normalizes. If not, contact us for assistance.
Cruise Control Setting Steps:
After installing an Android screen, you may notice black screen, no OEM menu, flickering, or incorrect resolution. Most problems are caused by incorrect settings or cable connections.
If the OEM interface still doesn’t display properly, switch the screen resolution or LVDS mode:
Route: Setting → Factory (code 2018 or 1314) → Vehicle Display → Adaptive Resolution → Start
