Orders, product questions and support

Email us about product compatibility, orders, shipping, returns, warranty service or complaints. For an existing order, include your order number or other proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue. For compatibility questions, include the vehicle model, year and original infotainment details, with relevant photos if available.

Returns and service parcels

Contact us before sending a product so we can provide the designated return or service address and instructions. Do not assume that the sender address on the original parcel is the correct return address. This process does not restrict any mandatory consumer right.

Please see our Warranty & Return policy, Shipping & Handling policy and FAQs for further information.
